Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu Federation: The annual Finishers: Zack Edwards Memorial 2026 took place on July 19 and as always, the promotion brought together some excellent matches between high-level grapplers. There were finishes in nearly every bout, regardless of whether they used CJI or EBI rules. Although there were many highlights to enjoy, the finish that stood out most came from Willow Crawford. She attacked her opponent's legs relentlessly and finally managed to lock in the Lachy Lock, a finish that doesn't appear frequently. This was also the last non-title match of the night, leading straight into the co-main event.

That's when Alex Garipay and Laura Kent met with the women's middleweight title on the line and although Kent started very strong winning the first round, she couldn't maintain that advantage throughout the bout. Garipay hit a beautiful armlock entry in the final round, extending the arm to the finish with just under 2 minutes remaining on the clock. Then in the main event, Efrain Garcia was making his first title defense of the flyweight belt after winning the strap at the last Finishers event. Sameet Rizwan had other plans though and after no one found a finish in three rounds, he was declared the winner by decision.
