UFC Belgrade Poster Released For "Medic vs. Rodriguez" August 1 In Serbia

Jiu-Jitsu Federation: The Ultimate Fighting Championship (UFC) recently announced the upcoming UFC Belgrade event for Saturday, August 1, 2026 at Belgrade Arena in Serbia. The Paramount+ card will be headlined by the welterweight showdown between Uros Medic and Daniel Rodriguez.

Now they have an official poster.

Medic (13-3) is on a three-fight winning streak, all by first-round knockout. This includes his destruction of Geoff Neal at UFC Houston a few months back, which earned him a $100,000 performance bonus.

As for Rodriguez (20-5), he is also on a three-fight winning streak, but hasn't competed since July 2025. That's because "D-Rod" spent several months in a Mexican prison, which he attributes to crossing the border with a marijuana cigarette in his vehicle.
